Religious instructions are forbidden in public schools so why do the state give parents vouchers for their children to attend religious schools.
Deaf children doesn't participate in these programs because religious schools are exempted
from providing ASL interpreters.
Deaf children are stuck with menial education and lack of support services while the district gets grants for their music curriculum.
Deaf children got no choice, so it should be declared unconstitutional.
