Boycott

I do not support any boycott of the Beijing Winter Olympics as politics and sports don't mix. We once boycott the Moscow venue and Russia simply retaliate boycotting the Los Angeles venue. We boycott Moscow because of their invasion of Afghanistan. After they left, we got ourselves in that country where empires died. We should never be involved in the internal affairs of any foreign nations over human rights. We have racism here in America so why should we care about what is happening in China or elsewhere. Our days of gunboat diplomacy is over. Our reputation is at stake, so it may be more difficult to host any Olympics in the future.
