The West Deaf Association in the United Kingdom is planning a photography exhibition at the Creative Arts Centre during the month of October and seeking submission of photos on the theme of communication. It turn me off when a Deaf organization is begging for money rather than promoting itself, just look at the windows of their headquarter.
