Rockford

I give a thumbs down to this mural in Rockford due to lack of creativity, a disservice to the Deaf community that praises it without knowing the real identity of its artist known as Fatherless.  who does exhibit various works of arts in galleries across the nation. I'll rather see Deaf artists participate in these cultural events but the audists getting all the credits.
