Urma King was a Deaf man killed by a stolen automobile that crashed into him while standing at a bus stop in New Jersey and today the city officials are renaming a street after him in a ceremony at the same spot where family and friends are gathering to celebrate his life. A scholarship is being established to send the Deaf to a college of their choice, and to defray costs of interpreters.
