D. Copper, a Deaf passenger returning from a vacation in Mexico on the Seattle bound "Delta" flight was arrested onboard and removed after the flight was diverted to Reno, Nevada. Apparently he he ignores repeated instructions from he attendants to wear a mask. Authorities released him after they realized that he is Deaf who was cooperating during questioning, with a federal ASL interpreter onsite. TSA released a statement that the Deaf misunderstood the FAA mask mandate regulations, using it to cover his eyes while sleeping. "Delta" settles the matter, details undisclosed, with the D. Cooper. Deafileaks source revealed that D. Cooper will receive $200,000 from the airline in monetary damages. etc. I assume that he'll be flying first class the rest of his life.
This is Smokey stay tuned for the next episode of Deaf Anthology, Good Night Deaf America!
