Philadelphia

In Philadelphia, a Deaf driver was upset after receiving a parking ticket and and demanded that an ASL interpreter to state his case. The attendant then calls his supervisor to have the city send in an interpreter who arrives within a few minutes. The Deaf argued that he was at a Deaf bowling tournament and there are shortage of parking spaces during the event. The parking attendants agrees not to issue a ticket and advise that the Deaf organization apply for a permit next time they host an event. It's sort of a warning that the city may not be lenience the next time. Thanks to the presence of the interpreter, the Deaf driver, as well as other bowlers, got a break. Here's an interesting part the ASL interpreter returns to his car that was just booted for several unpaid tickets and the city will tow it away, leaving him in the rain.

This is Smokey stay tuned for the next episode of Deaf Anthology, Good Night Deaf America!
