Columbia is Florida's oldest restaurant, every year during its anniversary, the menu is set at its 1905 prices when it was first established in Ybor City, by Cuban immigrants.
This is the place I hang out in downtown Celebration, enjoying its world-famous Spanish cuisine especially the salad, which was featured in the USA Today newspaper, like the "good ole days!"
