Diversity to me is having equal access under ADA, the removal of communication barrier that prevent us Deaf to achieve our full potentials, a decent job, and opportunities to achieve the American Dream.
I participated in an Entertainment Weekly survey on the subject of diversity and these are the comments I submitted.
