The parents of a Deaf child filed a lawsuit against Santa Claus for not providing an ASL interpreter at the downtown mall. The lawyers argued that all of the kids in the neighborhood got what they wanted for Christmas but not their Deaf child because of the communication breakdown. The Deaf child already wrote a letter to the North Pole asking for a new videogame console, a Daisy rifle and a bicycle.
The judge dismissed the case because the court doesn't have any jurisdiction over the North Pole and not only that, impossible to send a subpoena there.
Santa Claus and his reindeers arrives on the roof, carrying a bag full of toys, going down the chimney and left a present under the Christmas tree then left the scene. The Deaf child awaken, excited, ran down the stairs and open the presents only to be disappointed to see a lump of coals with a note with a note attached:
"I got your letter that you wanted a new videogame console, a Daisy rifle and a bicycle but I am leaving a lump of coals because you been naughty all year, I don't know what happen at the mall but I'm the real Santa Claus and fluent in ASL."

This is Smokey stay tuned for the next episode of Deaf Anthology, Good Night Deaf America!
