The city council approves a request to change a portion of West Virginia Avenue to Kappa Gamma Row, allowing Gallaudet to expand its campus to include vintage townhouses that the fraternity quietly been purchasing over the years using bequests from estates of its loyal brothers. Kappa Gamma is a moniker for Kendall Green, according to the Grand Rajah, upholding its traditions of providing generations of Deaf leaders. Our sources tells us that they applied for a block grant and hopes to start remodeling soon.
