A Deaf peddler's ABC card (circa '30s) was recently sold on eBay for $1,456. The grandson found it in his Deaf Grandpa's footlocker in the attic after he passed away, that's how he supports his family during the Great Depression until he found a job in an ammunition factory after Pearl Harbor.
