The United Nations (UN) adopted a resolution recognizing September 23 as International Day of Sign Language, it's also the date that the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD) started way back in 1951 which now represent the Deaf organizations, including our NAD, in 135 countries with a Deaf population over 70 millions worldwide.2018-09-26
