We Deaf are consumers and we know our rights, we should never put up with defective products nor services that don't meet our expectations. I'm now frustrated with my cable system so I file a complaint and expect positive resolutions.
After all, the Deaf consumers are always right!
The problem is that there are no Program Guide on my cable but it left a message on its screen:
"Program Guide is currently unavailable, Please try again later."
This is the second month of no Program Guide and I can't record any programs on my DVR without it so when will you get it fixed. 
I'm asking that a refund be issued for not receiving the service and that it be credited to my account.
DVR is one of the tools we Deaf travelers should not overlook as it allows us to record our favorite programs while we are away on vacation.
