It was in the yesterday newspaper that the Governor of Florida hopes to raise another $241 millions to fund public education by installing kiosks in retail stores across the state, selling scratch-off lottery tickets, I can't help but think that the majority of lottery purchasers are high school dropouts that are supporting a system that failed them.
