They got that damn right; "Money doesn't change you, money change the people around you." Here I am back as a Deaf film critic once again, this time an open-captioned version of "The Lottery Ticket," now playing at your local theatre. Just think of it, living in the projects, discovering that you hit the $370 million jackpot, trying to survive the holiday weekend until you can cash it in, you can't even trust your own grandmother to keep it a secret, now that the whole neighborhood know, friends suddenly appear out of nowhere. It's always been my fantasy to be rich, there is so much you can do in this world, let alone sharing your good fortune, unfortunately in this state, we are deprived the pleasures of dreaming, those who think that gambling is a sin can rot in hell, I'm crossing the border into Biloxi, to play the slots.
This is Smokey, stay tuned for the next episode of Deaf Anthology. Good night, Deaf America!
