You got an important call to make, using a RSP online (...explaining relay), this is (typing) ......, calling (typing) about (typing) ......, and (typing) ......GA (while looking at my watch), RSP is disconnected after no response within 60 seconds (...another call?). If you redial, (line busy), chances are you just lost your client, might as well go out of business, and find another line of work. As a Deaf businessman, you learn to be patient, offering competitive prices and quality services to your consumers but it is all lost. This is not the time to go into business yourself if your relay RSP aren't dependable. Note: RSP (Relay Service Providers)
