This Deaf Baptist pastor was invited to preach in a pulpit of a church in Ohio, a female interpreter was there to assist in the translation from ASL to voice, not only for the congregation, but also for the radio being broadcast live across the world. Thousands of listeners called in to protest the use of a woman preacher which the scriptures forbidden. Afterwards, the radio has to go on to explain to to its listeners that the guest preacher is Deaf and uses an interpreter. What an experience one has to go through because of all these misunderstandings that we had to put up with.
