Deaf Anthology # 512: "2027"

I got myself a copy of that controversial bill off the Internet, so I can judge it for myself, this bill 2027 is still in the general assembly, hadn't been passed yet, tabled I think. I think its important, and we need your support to get this done before the legislators recessed for the summer, our Governor impatiently waiting but we are deadlocked. The thieves are outside protesting, some Deaf among them, I assume they didn't want to face the consequences of their actions. I wouldn't want my Deaf girl, Anglia, being implanted natually, and certainly I don't want to lose my pride, if my Anglia, the Ford, was found in the chop shop either.
I made my decision that I will support 2027, I may be overprotective, living at peace, knowing that Anglia, my Deaf daughter is whole, and so is my Ford in the garage.
This is North Carolina, I ain't talking about the bill in California, that's 2072, Gotcha!

Here's a copy of 2027 for your review:
